Leaving that behind was tough, but he wanted more time with his family and work that actually felt like his. A friend from church pointed him toward what was supposed to be a temporary job at a local tree removal company.
He never left. Today, as an ISA Certified Arborist, Ladson's goal is simple: build one of the most trusted arborist companies in Southeast Louisiana, one honest estimate at a time. Even off the clock, you'll usually catch him looking up at the trees.
